You bring the warmth, tradition and Hamish-ness with your beautiful music. You are a reminder to everyone in the room of who we are and why we are doing this.
“We’re so excited for the YNY debut of T-Klez, who, in our humble opinion, is absolutely the Garden State’s finest traditional klezmer ensemble. The band is led by clarinetist Dobe Ressler, long admired for a performing style that beautifully captures the nuances of the genre. Ressler is ably accompanied by the band’s wonderful accordionist, Psachya Septimus, and drummer David Licht, well-known for his decades of work as a founding member of The Klezmatics.”
Thank you to T-Klez for making our recent celebration of our beloved Rabbi's 10-year anniversary an extra special event. The musicians were top-notch and their contributions to our party made it festive and that much more wonderful, even in these challenging times. The music was great and very danceable, and the band was very self-contain

The musicians were top-notch and their contributions to our party made it festive and that much more wonderful, even in these challenging times. The music was great and very danceable, and the band was very self-contained. Scheduling with them was a breeze and Dena was especially available to answer my many questions and provide re-assurances during the preparations phase. We are recommending them to all our friends.
"Authentic and knowledgeable about the tradition, top-notch musicianship, interesting and wide-ranging repertoire, and a lot of fun both to listen to and to dance to!
Highly Recommended!"
- Aaron Alexander, Curator, NY Klezmer Series
"Your trio was fabulous. I especially enjoyed hearing familiar Chassidic tunes performed without irony or sense of parody. My soul was uplifted by the music and several other people made similar comments. The musicians are first rate, and the repertoire a good combination of the familiar and unfamiliar. Hope to hear you again soon."

So talented and very friendly - so glad we booked them. They were the perfect addition to our event and made it all memorable and fun! I would book them again if ever the request was made :)
" I truly enjoyed the music and learned a lot about klezmer music."

The occasion was the Library's first live concert since the pandemic shut down live performances - it was March 27, 2022. Seating was halved (Covid precautions), but every seat was taken......and an equal number of audience members watched the concert live-streamed on the Library's YouTube channel....https://youtu.be/QgUABlYaQC0 - so we had a full house, all told!.
"Thank you so much again for yesterday['s concert]. It was really beautiful, and soulful, and touching - and everyone really enjoyed!"

Hi Dena, David, and Psachya, Thank you ... for a wonderful afternoon of beautiful and lively Klezmer music. The selections and your descriptions and background of the pieces made it so interesting. I'm sure you noticed, as I did, that there was some foot tapping, clapping, smiles, etc. accompanying you. Everyone enjoyed it immensely..

Hopefully we can have you back at another time - we look forward to it. [We were invited back the following year. During that concert, people danced!
I enjoy the way you [Dena] can make the klezmer clarinet
laugh and cry.
